As I have mainly focused on the FOOD INDUSTRY, I learned about the different problems that can be associated with a profitable industry; profitable because it's something that people cannot live without. These problems include microbiological problems that may be encountered based on the plant's location, the different emissions and wastes that can degrade our planet and the relatively high energy consumption. Special mention to our Quantitative Management report for teaching us how to properly optimize our inventory which is crucial for daily necessities.Â
