From my thesis to my elective, to my plant design, and to my OJT choice, I focused on food. This led me to understand the chemistry, ingredients, and processes of different food products. I wanted to explore a specialization that I am not familiar with; as I do not know how to cook and I do not do the groceries. Based on my knowledge regarding the food industry I personally think that I have the highest chance of working in that industry.
