Change/Add/Drop Portal
Seond Term, Academic Year 2023-2024

The Change/Add/Drop Portal serves as an alternative means of receiving applications for Change/Add/Drop Forms and for the submission of signed and approved Form 6A of students of the UST College of Architecture for First Term, AY 2023-2024.

This Portal is in full compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 in terms of use, storage, and disposal.

Before you proceed
Ready for submission? You must take all steps prior to submission:

1. You must duly accomplish the Form 6A (Adding/Dropping) from the downloadable forms of the UST Office of the Registrar Official Forms at https://registrar.ust.edu.ph/downloadableform.
2. Once accomplished, submit the Form 6A through our Students Online Dropbox for approval by the Office of the Dean. The Office of the Dean will send you the approved form via email.
3. Upload the approved Form 6A (Adding/Dropping) here for processing.
4. Please label your accomplished Form 6A (Adding/Dropping) as "<Last Name>_<First Name>_<Form 6A(Adding/Dropping)>" (e.g. Santos_Thomas_Form 6A)

LOG-IN to your UST GSuite account at https://accounts.google.com/signin.  
Go to https://accounts.google.com/signin and refresh your browser.  Should you not been able to access your UST GSuite account, please inform us via our Virtual Office before proceeding.

AFTER THE SUBMISSION:
Expect an email from the UST College of Architecture Admin Office regarding your submission. Please make yourself available during the processing of your form for confirmation, in case needed.
