The Payment Verification Portal serves as an alternative means of receiving payment confirmation from current and former students of the UST College of Architecture.
This Portal is in full compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 in terms of use, storage, and disposal.

Good Moral Character - ₱ 50.00 per page

1. Make sure you received a Transaction Number from office.archi@ust.edu.ph.
2. Prepare a scanned copy or picture/image of your deposit slip/bank transaction.
3. The process of your request will take TEN (10) WORKING DAYS UPON PAYMENT VERIFICATION, and Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are not included in determining the due date of application.
4. Incomplete requirements and absence of payment WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
5. The release of your request Documents/Certificates is only on FRIDAYS.

AFTER THE SUBMISSION:
(1) Wait for the email from office.archi@ust.edu.ph for further instructions and clarifications.
(2) The process takes TEN (10) WORKING DAYS UPON PAYMENT VERIFICATION, not including Saturday, Sunday, and/or Holiday, to determine the release date of the application.
(4) The release of all Documents/Certificates is only on FRIDAYS.
