Printing Request via Google Form
Make sure you are logged in using your UST email before completing the Google Form.

Check out the step-by-step procedure:

STEP 01 - LOG-IN to your UST GSuite account at https://accounts.google.com/signin and refresh your browser.

STEP 02 - Enter your name.  
STEP 03 - Enter Title of Material  to be photocopied.

STEP 04 - Enter the page number/s

STEP 05 - Enter number of copies per page

STEP 06 - Enter the total number of sheets
STEP 07 - Upload the file that you need to be printed out.

AFTER SUBMISSION:
(1) You will receive an auto-generated copy of your responses via email. Please keep this as a record of your Printing Request submission.
