ATTENTION TO ALL INCOMING FIRST YEAR ARCHITECTURE STUDENTS:
The UST College of Architecture Freshmen Orientation for A.Y. 2025-2026 is scheduled for 07 August 2025 (Thursday) at the Medicine Auditorium, 4/F San Martin de Porres Building, University of Santo Tomas.
The schedule is as follows:
AM Session - 8:30 AM to 12:00 NN (Freshmen and parents)
PM Session - 1:00 to 4:00 PM (Freshmen only)
Please take note of the following guidelines:
Students must bring a photocopy of his/her registration form.
Students must proceed directly to the Medicine Auditorium before the start of registration.
Students must be accompanied by either one (1) parent or one (1) guardian only for the AM session.
Students must wear the proper Type A Architecture School Uniform (attendees who will not wear the prescribed attire will not be allowed to enter the auditorium).
Students may raise all questions and concerns during the Question and Answer portion of the orientation.
Only students who are "OFFICIALLY ENROLLED" shall be the only ones allowed to attend the orientation.

Applicants will only be considered upon availability of slots and through ‘First come-First served’ basis.
Applicants shall confirm their intent to enroll at the UST ArchiServe website ‘Incoming Freshmen Enrollment Portal’ from 06-12 May 2025 by uploading the following documents via the UST ArchiServe website (http://bit.ly/USTArchiServe), as follows:
a. USTET results (PDF format)
The following documents should be submitted by on-wait list applicants once slots are already available:
b. Original Form 138 - Grade 12 Report Card w/ 1st Quarter or 1st Semester Grades*
c. Original Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by school representative and with dry seal*
All accepted on-wait list applicants must reserve their slot via the USTET Results website (https://ustet.ust.edu.ph/results/) from 23-29 May 2025 only.
Applicants who do not reserve during this period shall not be entertained during the submission period of the required documents.
Accepted on-wait list applicants must submit the original hard copy documents (in letter-sized bond paper) listed below:
a. One (1) photocopy of USTET results
b. One (1) photocopy of Reservation Fee Payment Confirmation
c. Original Form 138 - Grade 12 Report Card*
d. Original Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by school representative (with school's dry seal)*
e. Accomplished Confirmation of Enrollment Form - Form may be downloaded at the USTET Portal
f. Accomplished Student Performance Contract with attachments [one (1) 2x2 photo of applicant with white background and one (1) photocopied government-issued ID of parent/guardian who signed the contract] - Form may be downloaded at the UST ArchiServe website (http://bit.ly/USTArchiServe)
g. Screenshot of accomplished Confirmation of Enrollment (for Accepted On-Wait List Applicants) - Google Form via https://sites.google.com/ust.edu.ph/archiserve. The Google Form will open on 23 May 2025.
The submission period shall be on 30 May 2025, 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN, at the Audio-Visual Room, 3/F Beato Angelico Building (UPDATED).

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Applicants must STRICTLY FOLLOW the required enrollment and payment procedures. Enrollment may only be validated with the complete submission of required documents.
2. Failure to comply with the required procedures will invalidate your enrollment. Applicants who do not confirm to enroll and submit the required documents during the enrollment period will automatically forfeit their slots in favor of the On-wait List Applicants. 400 slots only.
3. *In the absence of an original Form 138 - Grade 12 Report Card or Certificate of Good Moral Character, an accomplished Conditional Admission Contract should be submitted. The Conditional Admission Contract Form may be downloaded at the UST ArchiServe website (http://bit.ly/USTArchiServe) or USTET Results website (https://ustet.ust.edu.ph/results/).

Q: How can I contact the Office of the Dean?
A: For freshmen admission- and enrollment-related concerns, you may email us at bs.architecture.admission@ust.edu.ph. Due to the high volume of messages received daily, please expect a reply from the Support Staff in-charge within three (3) to five (5) working days after sending the email.
Q: Can I visit the Office of the Dean?
A: We highly encourage all applicants to raise their admission- and enrollment-related inquiries and concerns via bs.architecture.admission@ust.edu.ph.
Q: Can I apply if I am a non-STEM graduate?
A: Only applicants under the STEM strand can apply.
Q: Can I apply to Architecture even if I have reserved a slot in another program?
A: According to University Policy, once an applicant has been accepted into another program, he/she will no longer be allowed to transfer his/her reservation, except for highly meritorious cases.
Q: My Certificate of Good Moral Character and Grade 12 Report Card are not yet available. What can I do about this?
A: In the absence of a Form 138 - Report Card and/or Certificate of Good Moral Character, the applicant may submit an accomplished Conditional Admission Contract. The Conditional Admission Contract Form may be downloaded from the Freshmen Enrollment page of the UST ArchiServe.
Q: What is the mode of delivery of courses this Academic Year 2025-2026?
A: The College shall implement a hybrid delivery of courses or a combination of face-to-face and online learning.
Q: When is the orientation for incoming Freshmen Architecture Students?
A: The University- and College-wide orientations shall be announced once details are determined.
Q: When and how can I access my Student Portal and Canvas Accounts?
A: Once successfully enrolled in the program, you may access your Student Portal and Canvas Accounts by logging in to https://myusteportal.ust.edu.ph/login.
Q: What scholarships are available for incoming first-year students?
A: Please visit the UST Office for Student Affairs' website via https://osa.ust.edu.ph/ to learn more about the scholarships offered to incoming First Year students.
Q: When and where can I buy my uniforms?
