The Faculty Attendance Portal serves as an alternative means of recording the TIME IN/OUT of the UST College of Architecture academic staff.

This Portal is in full compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 in terms of use, storage, and disposal.

Check out the step-by-step procedure.

STEP 01 - Kindly search for your name.
STEP 02 - Click Time In before the start of your online class.
STEP 03 - Click Time Out after your class.

REMINDERS: There will be a grace period of fifteen (15) minutes after your scheduled start of the class. If you Time In after the grace period ends, you will be marked as LATE FACULTY.

ATTENTION: This Attendance Portal is intended for use when scheduled face-to-face classes are suspended due to inclement weather or when a Shift to Enhanced Virtual Mode (EVM) is announced by the Secretary General.
