The Faculty Attendance Portal serves as an alternative means of recording the TIME IN/OUT of the UST College of Architecture faculty members.

This Portal is in full compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 in terms of use, storage, and disposal.

STEP 01 - LOG-IN to your UST GSuite account at https://accounts.google.com/signin and refresh your browser.
STEP 02 - Select your affiliation (Technical/Non-technical/General Education course facilitators)
STEP 03 - Input your name
STEP 3.1: For Technical course facilitators - select your name on the dropdown menu
STEP 3.2: For Non-technical/General Education course facilitators - input your name on the designated question
STEP 04 - Select TIME IN/OUT
STEP 05 - Select ON-SITE/ONLINE
STEP 06 - Click the 'SUBMIT' button

AFTER THE REGISTRATION:
(1) You will receive an auto-generated copy of your responses via email. Please keep this as a record of your Portal Registration.
