To all QUALIFIED applicants - Next Schedule of Purchasing of Architecture Uniform

Please be informed that the next batch of fitting and purchasing of school uniforms will be scheduled from 03-04 June 2024 (Monday to Tuesday), 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and will be located outside the Audio-Visual Room, 3/F Beato Angelico Building.


Kindly prepare the exact amount in cash, as the supplier might not accept other modes of payment.

28 April 2024 - Important Reminders
To all QUALIFIED applicants - Confirmation of Enrollment and Submission of Required Documents

In view of the release of the USTET results today, 28 April 2024, all qualified applicants are requested to confirm their intent to enroll via the USTET Results website (https://ustet.ust.edu.ph/results/).


The confirmation period is from 28 April to 06 May 2024 only. Applicants who do not reserve during this period shall not be entertained during the submission period of the required documents.


All qualified applicants must submit the original hard copy documents (in letter-sized bond paper) between 08 May to 10 May 2024 at the Audio-Visual Room (AVR), 3/F Beato Angelico Building, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, as follows:

a. One (1) photocopy of USTET results

b. One (1) photocopy of Reservation Fee Payment Confirmation

c. Original Form 138 - Grade 12 Report Card*

d. Original Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by school representative (with school's dry seal)*

e. Accomplished Confirmation of Enrollment Form - Form may be downloaded at the USTET Portal

f. Accomplished Student Performance Contract with attachments [one (1) 2x2 photo of applicant with white background and one (1) photocopied ID of parent/guardian who signed the contract] - Form may be downloaded at the UST ArchiServe website (http://bit.ly/USTArchiServe)

PAYMENT PROCEDURE FOR ENROLLMENT**

Please check the UST ArchiServe or ‘Freshmen Enrollment Portal’ for the tuition fee payment procedure.


IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Applicants must STRICTLY FOLLOW the required enrollment and payment procedures. Enrollment may only be validated with the complete submission of required documents.

2. Failure to comply with the required procedures will invalidate your enrollment. Applicants who did not confirm to enroll and submit the required documents during the enrollment period will automatically forfeit their slots in favor of the On-waiting List Applicants. 400 slots only.

3. *In the absence of an original Form 138 - Grade 12 Report Card or Certificate of Good Moral Character, an accomplished Conditional Admission Contract should be submitted. The Conditional Admission Contract Form may be downloaded at the UST ArchiServe website (http://bit.ly/USTArchiServe) or USTET Results website (https://ustet.ust.edu.ph/results/).

4. **Before enrollment, please visit the UST ArchiServe website for the tuition fee payment procedure.

5. Visit the UST ArchiServe or at ‘Freshmen Enrollment Portal’ for updates and announcements.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: How can I contact the Architecture Dean's Office?
A: For freshmen admission- and enrollment-related concerns, you may email us at bs.architecture.admission@ust.edu.ph. Due to the high volume of messages received per day, please expect a reply from the Support Staff in-charge within three (3) to five (5) working days after sending the email.


Q: Can I visit the Architecture Dean's Office?

A: We highly encourage all applicants to raise their admission- and enrollment-related inquiries and concerns via bs.architecture.admission@ust.edu.ph.


Q: Can I apply if I am a non-STEM graduate and if Architecture is my alternative program?
A: Only applicants under the STEM strand and whose Architecture is the priority program of choice can apply. 


Q: Can I apply in Architecture even if I have reserved a slot in another program?
A: According to University Policy, once an applicant has been accepted in another program, he/she will no longer be allowed to transfer their reservation, except for highly meritorious cases. 


Q: My Certificate of Good Moral Character and Grade 12 Report Card is not yet available.  What can I do about this?
A: In absence of a Form 138 - Report Card and/or Certificate of Good Moral Character, an accomplished Conditional Admission Contract along with a Certification signed by the school principal/representative may be submitted. The Conditional Admission Contract Form may be downloaded from the Freshmen Enrollment page of the UST ArchiServe.


Q: What is the mode of delivery of courses this Academic Year 2024-2025?

A: The College shall implement a hybrid delivery of courses, or a combination of face-to-face and online learning.


Q: How do I know my current admission and/or enrollment status?

A: Check out our Live Google Sheet to know your current status. This live Google Sheet is being updated everyday to provide you an accurate information about your admission and enrollment status in an efficient and timely manner.


Q: When is the orientation for incoming Freshmen Architecture Students?

A: The university-wide orientation and college-wide orientation shall be announced once details are determined.


Q: When and how can I access my GSuite and UST Cloud Campus Account?

A: Once you have successfully enrolled in the program, you may start activating your GSuite and UST Cloud Campus Account by heading at https://www.elearningust.info/ust-cloud-campus-experience


Q: What are the available scholarships for incoming First Year students?
A: Please visit the UST Office for Student Affairs' website via https://osa.ust.edu.ph/ to know more about the offered scholarships for the incoming First Year students.


Q: When and where can I buy my uniforms?
A: An announcement shall be posted via the USTCA Student Council Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/USTArkiSC/


Q: I am planning to shift/transfer to the College of Architecture. Do you accept applications for these?

A: Acceptance of applications shall be based on highly meritorious cases and subject to the availability of slots for A.Y. 2023-2024. You may send an email inquiry via bs.architecture.admission@ust.edu.ph.
