Important!
Please read pre-enlistment reminders if you haven’t already: Office of Graduate Studies - Pre-enlistment Reminders 1st Sem 2025-26
The Office of Graduate Studies will be prioritizing emails about registration until August 20, 2025. Please note the following:
Kindly refrain from sending non-urgent emails not pertaining to enlistment during this period. We usually receive an increased volume of requests and inquiries during this time, and we might skip and forget to act on your email. Examples of such emails are requests for DOST endorsements, inquiries about policies not related to registration, etc.
If you send an inquiry to the Office of Graduate Studies or Ate Eve, and the answer to your inquiry may be found in these reminders, we will deprioritize responding to your inquiry.
Your registration adviser will get in touch with you either through email or through the Adviser Remarks Section in CRS. If you do not receive any message from your assigned registration adviser (see email from the College Secretary for the list of registration advisers), please get in touch with them directly via email. Additionally, please do not lock your enlistment until your adviser gives you the go signal.
If you were not granted a slot in your desired course during pre-enlistment, you may try to enlist via the General and/or Departmental Waitlisting Module. The tentative schedule is as follows. Please wait for the email from the College Secretary for the final schedule.
General Waitlisting - from July 29 until August 1 (12:00 NN)
Departmental Waitlisting - August 1 (12:00 NN) to August 11
The departmental waitlisting will be initially open from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM on August 1
Granting of slots will be from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, after which waitlisting will be open again at 6:00 PM on that day until 9:00 AM of the following working day
Granting of slots will then be from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM of the next working day, whenever the waitlisting module is closed
If you badly need a slot in a course that is already full or in high demand, you may ask your program or registration adviser to request the Office of Graduate Studies to put you on the priority list. Please note that your reason must be very meritorious (e.g., graduating, subject is related to your capstone or final research project). The Office of Graduate Studies will not entertain any requests to be prioritized from students without program adviser endorsement.
As previously mentioned, students who belong to Stat BGC (PMDSA, PhD DS-Option 1 who are still doing the PMDSA program) should not enlist in Stat Diliman electives. Likewise, students who belong to Stat Diliman should not enlist in Stat BGC courses. We may allow this for exceptional cases, but your program adviser needs to approve your enlistment. Otherwise, we will cancel your enlistment in the class and give it to someone else. Please note that the tuition for Stat BGC courses is 4500 per unit.
If you are availing of the government employee discount (only for MOS, MS Stat, and PhD Stat), upload your certificate of employment here: Tuition Fee Discount for Government Employees (google.com). A tuition fee discount of ₱500 per unit will be applied.
We will only do manual enlistment of students in capstone, reading, and seminar courses (Stat 298, 299, 300, 390, 396, 400, DS 390, 399, 400). Note that you need proof of acceptance by your adviser to be enlisted in these courses. (If you are uploading communication (email, DMs) make sure to get your adviser's consent to share the communication with the Office of Graduate Studies. Only upload/share the portion of your communication where your adviser agrees to let you enroll in the course. For Stat 300 and 400, make sure the consent includes the number of units. If you intend to enlist in any of these courses, please sign up here: Enlistment in Capstone, Reading, or Seminar Courses. If you don’t have an adviser yet, please look for one first. Go to Capstone Resources > Research Adviser Profiles.
If you wish to enlist in residence this semester, please fill out the form in Procedures > Enlistment in Residence: Enlistment in Residence (google.com). You will be asked what your plans are during residence. We will not process your residence if you do not answer this question properly (e.g.., responding with a “-1”.). If you are completing an INC during residence, make sure your INC is still valid.
We will start processing LOA applications after registration. Please refer to the academic calendar for the LOA application deadline (link in OGS website). To apply for LOA, please see OGS website Procedures > LOA Application.
Currently, we are still updating the list of advisees/students. Please wait until the second round of pre-enlistment is done before contacting your adviser. The advisers for this semester are the following:
