The entire enlistment procedure may be done online. You will need the following:
Your Admission Slip obtained from the Office of the University Registrar.
CRS Account (Former students of UP Diliman will still use their old CRS accounts. If you need help recovering your account, please see items (2) and (3) here https://crs.upd.edu.ph/faq.)
You may search/view the list of available classes in CRS: UP CRS - Schedule of Classes (upd.edu.ph). Just make sure to input the correct semester and academic year.
FOR THOSE TAKING THE MIDYEAR BRIDGE PROGRAM:
Log in to UP Diliman’s Computerized Registration System or CRS (https://crs.upd.edu.ph/) using your CRS credentials:
If you were not a student of UP Diliman previously, use the CRS username and password that were provided together with your admission slip. Change your password as necessary.
If you are a former student of UPD, please use your old CRS credentials. If you need help recovering your account, please see items (2) and (3) here https://crs.upd.edu.ph/faq.
Update your student profile in CRS. Accomplish this step as soon as possible, ideally before the registration period. Your enrollment cannot be completed without this step.
Nondegree students have no option to pre-enlist; they have to wait for General Waitlist and Departmental Waitlist period.
You may enlist in your desired section/schedule via the "Student Registration > Waitlist" module during the general waitlist (June 9-13 AM) and departmental waitlist (June 13 PM -17) period. If a section is in high demand, we will be assigning slots to waitlisted students randomly so it is possible that you may not get your desired schedule. We will enlist you manually in the other section if you are not granted a slot in your desired section.
Once you are enlisted in the course, lock your enlistment by clicking on "Lock Enlistment".
After you lock your enlistment, we will post advise and assess your tuition fees (by batch).
When your enlistment status is “Assessed”, pay for your tuition fee. The payment process and options may be found here: Payment of Tuition Fees. (Note: If you pay via online methods, it may take some time for the Cashier’s Office to validate your payment. Just make sure your payment has been validated before the end of classes. You may check this in CRS.)
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENROLLMENT UNDER YOUR PROGRAM DURING THE FIRST SEMESTER:
Those who took and passed the midyear bridge program need to get their final admission slip as graduate students under their School of Statistics program.
Procedure:

You may enlist in subjects via CRS during pre-enlistment, general waitlisting and departmental waitlisting schedules. The schedules for these will be posted in the homepage of CRS a couple of weeks before the 1st day of registration as indicated in the admissions processing document. The College Secretary will send an email regarding the schedule when the waitlist module is open / closed.
You will enlist in your desired classes via the Pre-enlistment and Waitlisting modules under Student Registration when they are open. We usually open a limited number of slots only during pre-enlistment and add slots during waitlisting based on the expected number of enrollees. We usually cap the number of slots at 12-15.
You should only enlist in classes prescribed in your plan of study. You should prioritize enlisting in core and required courses in the 1st sem of your plan of study. For full time master's students and PhD regular option students who will be taking electives during the 1st semester, please make sure only enlist in subjects for which you have taken the prerequisite course. (Go the Academics > Course Descriptions on this website to view the prerequisites.)
Wait for your registration adviser to get in touch with you during registration period. Your registration adviser may email you or leave a note for you in the "Adviser's Remarks" section in CRS on or before the first day of registration.
When your registration adviser gives the go signal, lock your enlistment by clicking on "Lock Enlistment". If you have an APPROVED DOST SCHOLARSHIP or if you are an employee of UP Diliman and entitled to REDUCED FEES, click the "with scholarship tag" so that it does not proceed to regular assessment.
After you lock your enlistment, your registration adviser will post advise your enrollment. If there are some issues with your enlistment, your adviser may get in touch with you via email or through the "Remarks" section in CRS so please check CRS once in a while to check the status of your enrollment.
