Follow the indicated format to avoid delays in the approval of your graduation:
(1) The contents of your manuscript should follow this sequence.
Title Page
Approval Sheet
Public Access Form
Accounting Form
Abstract
Table of Contents
Main Body
References
(2) Your document must be formatted this way:
Paper size: A4 size
Line spacing: double-spaced
Margins: Left Margin – 1 ½ inch , Right Margin –1 inch
(3) If you are submitting bound, physical copies, the cover of the manuscript should be maroon. See images below for color and text on the front cover and side should look.
(4) For the electronic copy of your manuscript, make sure you follow the required format indicated in (1) and (2):
Prepare your document for uploading:
The document should be in a single PDF file. The content sequence should be: title page, approval sheet, public access, accounting form, main body, references. Incomplete documents will be rejected.
Please use the following file naming convention: YEAR SUBMITTED_DEGREE PROGRAM_LAST NAME. For multiple authors, please list the last names of the authors alphabetically.
If your manuscript contains confidential information, please append _CONFIDENTIAL to the filename.
You will be asked to input a short abstract so please make sure you have one ready.

After you have uploaded the document, kindly inform Ate Eve at ebtorres3@up.edu.ph so she can verify your submission.
