If you intend to enroll during the 1st semester AY 2025-26, please make sure you are eligible and cleared of accountabilities and deficiencies before the start of registration. You may find this information on the student home page of CRS. Contact Ms. Eve if you need help settling your accountabilities and/or deficiencies.
Refer to the “Enlisting Unit” column: MOS/MS/PhD Stat/PhD DS-Regular PhD should only enlist in Stat or other Diliman classes, while PMDSA students should only enlist in Stat-BGC classes. In very exceptional cases, those with a program or research adviser’s endorsement will be allowed to cross-register.
Please do not enlist in subjects for which you have not taken the prerequisite subject(s) or the indicated COI criteria. If the subject has a corequisite, please make sure that you also take the corequisite or have already taken the corequisite. Otherwise, your registration adviser may cancel your enlistment during pre-advising without informing you. Additionally, if your registration adviser does not catch this and you enroll in the course, you risk not receiving credit for the course.
Due to restrictions in the CRS system, we will only be able to add non-block slots to Stat 207 and 208 during the registration period.
We will not open all slots during the pre-enlistment. If you are not able to get a slot in your desired classes during the pre-enlistment period, you may still obtain a slot during enlistment period when the waitlist module is open (waitlisting schedule will be provided during actual registration).
Please wait for instructions on the following, which we will provide during the registration period:
Enlistment in Capstone Courses Stat 298, Stat 299, Stat 300, Stat 400, DS 400 (But you may already start looking for an adviser and/or obtaining proof that they have accepted you as an advisee.)
Enlistment in Reading and Seminar Courses
Enlistment in Residence
Tuition discount for Government Employees (but obtain a Certificate of Employment already, which you will need to submit to us during the registration period.)
If you need to return from LOA or AWOL or request an MRR extension, please process your return before registration. (See Procedures > LOA Application or Procedures > Return from AWOL or Procedures > MRR extension)
