*Note that the validation exam will be held in-person at the UP School of Statistics, Diliman
*All PMDSA and PhD Data Science-Straight PhD applicants are required to take the validation exam

Start of Midyear Registration for Bridge Classes

*Those who will need to take the bridging program during Midyear 2024 need to process admission at UPSS as non-degree as early as June 11.

Requirements:
Accomplished application form
Three (3) recommendations using the specified form, at least one from a former employer/immediate superior
Official Transcript of Records (TOR)
PSA Birth Certificate
PSA Marriage Certificate (for married women)
TOEFL score report (for foreign applicants whose medium of instruction in the schools they attended is not English)
Notes for fresh graduates:
You may submit a copy of your TCG instead of your TOR in case your TOR is not yet available.
Notes for foreign applicants:
Submission of TOEFL or IELTS is not needed if the medium of instruction in the last school attended is English.
A copy of your passport will suffice in lieu of PSA Birth Certificate.
All documents should be submitted in electronic form ONLY. Original hard copies will be required after you are admitted into the program.
