Pool Cross-Amenity Policy

Premier, Preferred & Prime Value Hotel Guests:
Guests at Premier, Preferred and Prime Value Hotels are able to access the pools or use poolside amenities at the other Prime Value, Preferred and Premier hotels.

Value Hotel Guests:
As an exception, the pools and poolside amenities at Universal's Endless Summer Resort are reserved exclusively for Guests of Surfside Inn and Suites & Dockside Inn and Suites. The Guests at both of these Universal Orlando Resort Hotels are not permitted access to the pools/poolside amenities at any other properties either.

Cold Weather Closures

The pools at the Universal Orlando Resort Hotels are heated, but they will close if the max temperatures are forecasted to reach the following Temperatures:

• When the maximum high temperature is forecasted to be 60 degrees or below for the day, the pools will not open.
