Calling all Universal Studios Hollywood Pass Members! Get ready to celebrate the holidays in style at the exclusive Pass Member Holiday Park Takeover on November 28 and 29 from 7pm to 11pm.

This special event is free with an online reservation, and it's your chance to experience all the park has to offer during the holiday season, minus the crowds.

Here's what you can expect:

• All rides, shows, attractions, entertainment, and experiences will be open (subject to availability and closures).

• Enjoy holiday-themed food and beverages at select locations.

• Meet and greet with your favorite characters, including The Grinch, Max the dog, Cindy-Lou Who, and more.

• Take photos with festive photo ops throughout the park.

• Shop for holiday merchandise at select retail locations.

Reservations

Reservations are required for entry into the event, and space is limited. To make a reservation, visit www.UniversalPassMember.com. Reservations will open up early November, so be sure to check back frequently.

To be eligible for a reservation, you must have an active Annual or Season Pass valid through the date of the event.

Pass Members can sign themselves up and up to eight (8) Pass Members per reservation.

For each member who wants a reservation, they are required to provide a valid Pass Member ID (the barcode on the pass).

Once the reservation is booked, the Pass Member will receive a reservation confirmation to the email address of the main reservation holder. There will also be an option to share the confirmation email to each Pass Member of their party.

Event Offerings

Here are just a few of the things you can enjoy at the Pass Member Holiday Park Takeover:

• Character Experiences: Meet and greet with your favorite characters, including The Grinch, Max the dog, Cindy-Lou Who, Bumblebee, Beetlejuice, Marilyn Monroe, Donkey, Hello Kitty, The Simpsons, Minions, Harry Potter Conductor, and more.

• Photo Ops: Take photos with festive photo ops throughout the park, including The Grinch at Universal Plaza and Jurassic Cove.

• Food & Beverage: Enjoy holiday-themed food and beverages at select locations, including:

  • Upper Lot: Cocina Mexicana, French Street Bistro, Hog's Head™, Three Broomsticks™, Hollywood and Dine, Cletus' Chicken Shack, Krusty Burger, Lard Lad Donuts, Suds McDuff's Hot Dogs, Moe's Tavern, Phineas Q. Butterfat's Ice Cream, Luigi's Pizza, Mel's Diner, Minion Cafe, Mulligan's Pub, Starbucks®, and select carts.

  • Lower Lot: Toadstool Café™ (waitlist required), Mummy Eats, Isla Nu-Bar, Jurassic Café, Panda Express, Starbucks®, and Studio Scoop.

• Merchandise: Shop for holiday merchandise at select retail locations, including:

  • Upper Lot: Universal Studio Store, Feature Presentation, Super Silly Stuff, The Pets Store, Dervish and Banges™, Filch's Emporium™ of Confiscated Goods, Honeydukes™, Ollivanders™, Kwik-E-Mart, KWIK-E-MART, The Simpson's Carnival Games.

  • Lower Lot: Character Shop, 1-UP Factory™ - in SUPER NINTENDO WORLD™, and Jurassic Outfitters.

Admission & Parking

Admission to the event is free with an online reservation for active Pass Members only (no age limit); guests will not be permitted to attend. Guests must have a valid Annual or Season Pass and RSVP confirmation to enter the event.

Upon arrival, Pass Members can look for the Special Event turnstile at the Front Gate for entry and to receive their event credential (one credential per Pass Member).

The entire group does not have to arrive at the same time as long as each Pass Member has a valid Annual or Season Pass and RSVP confirmation, they will be able to enter the event.

Pass Members in the park during the day do not need to exit the park as long as they received their event credential. When arriving early, they should look for the Pass Member Special Event turnstile at the Front Gate for entry to receive their event credential.

Pass Members running late will be able to enter the event until 10pm as long as they have their valid Annual or Season Pass and RSVP confirmation.

Pass Members who do not print out their confirmation can show the Team Member their phone. Team Members can look at their phone for the RSVP confirmation.

Parking is not included. Platinum and Gold Annual Pass Member general parking benefit will be valid after 6pm for the event; standard parking rates apply for all other Pass Members.

Tips for Making the Most of Your Pass Member Holiday Park Takeover Experience

• Make your reservation early! Space is limited, so it's important to book your spot as soon as possible.

• Arrive early to avoid the crowds and make the most of your time at the event.

• Be sure to bring your valid Annual or Season Pass and your reservation confirmation email.

• Take breaks throughout the night to rest and refuel.

• Dress comfortably and in layers, as the weather can change throughout the evening.

• Don't forget to bring your camera to capture all the festive memories!
