nEW! scholar tech support

To best support scholar and families in using Uncommon-provided technology (i.e. Chromebooks or other devices) or accessing instructional platforms, scholars and families can now call mindSHIFT, Uncommon's Tech Support partner to support with technology issues! When experiencing an issue with an Uncommon device (i.e. Chromebook or other devices), or having an issue accessing an instructional platform (i.e. Google Classroom or Zoom):

  • Call 833-499-0397. Note: This number is call-only, will not accept texts and is NOT the number on the sticker on your Chromebook.

      • To leave your number for a call back, wait 30 seconds, press 1, and the automated system will then prompt for a call back number. Enter the number and hang up - you will receive a call back when their turn comes up.

  • Provide your name, school, grade, and specific information about the issue you are experiencing (the more specific, the better!).

  • Work with the mindSHIFT technician to solve the issue!

Please note that mindSHIFT Tech Support cannot resolve home internet issues, fix hardware issues (i.e. broken screen), and resetting student passwords. For hardware issues or password questions, please continue to reach out to your school's operation team.
