I’d say that I know that I have to work really hard now to be successful in the future. Whenever I am stressed out or am struggling to find motivation to do work, I understand that I just have to suck it up. I have responsibilities and if I want to reach my goals I am going to have to do my best to be successful.
I think the AAP is a really good program. I think it’s been really quite nice not having to worry about tuition. I am so grateful for how little I have had to pay these last two years once I could see the major difference between this program and the UD Newark campus.
Sometimes I find it difficult to juggle school and working on top of all of my responsibilities. My roommate Leia understands where I am coming from and it helps knowing that we are at least struggling together and will continue to do our best and not give up. My parents are also very supportive and very important to me.
There are times in which I must tell myself that it is ok to take some time off and relax. Everyone needs time to recoup even when there are deadlines to meet and other things that are important to me. When I am feeling stressed or burnt out I try to persevere until I get through it and finish my responsibilities. Once I do, I can reward myself with a break once I figure it out.
