"Better to hitch a ride on a dream than to rot with your thumb in the air." -The Growlers
The endless possibilities of my future make me happy.
I want my future to be peaceful and bright. I want to figure out my true self, as well as inspire others. My goal is to eventually get a position as a mortician, continue with my artwork and grow with my partner. I am motivated by the thought of my future, and the desire to learn and to create. I also want to be able to help people, and pursue happiness for myself, build a life for myself and my family.
Becoming the person I am today is definitely my greatest accomplishment. I’ve worked hard to get to where I am mentally, and for that I am thankful. I pulled through everything, and I will continue pushing on. My partner, my family, and my friends are the most important people in my life. They have helped me along in my journey, especially my boyfriend. He is always there for me through my toughest moments. I am happy that I’ve gotten to know the people that have stuck aside me all these years.
When I'm alone I also enjoy using music and art to help me calm down and recuperate. Creating helps me remember who I am, and what I need to do.
I’ve enjoyed the AAP and I’m grateful for the awesome professors and classmates I’ve had. It has been a very enjoyable experience, and I have gained a lot of knowledge since enrolling. There are so many creative and amazing people on this campus!
