My goal in life is to take after many in my family, get a college degree, and a successful career to follow. Here at the Associate in Arts program I am able to express who I am freely and get a high quality education while doing so, for almost the price of nothing. The professors and staff of the program and very helpful and carry a positive mindset that helps us students want to succeed even more. Not to mention we get free snacks every day!
Stress may build and it leads me to figuring out other ways to pull through these challenging times. One of the things I like to do is to let it out physically. I will go for a walk or to the gym to let off some of weight. I also like to write down everything I'm dealing with so I can visually see what tasks I have at hand. This allows me to take a step back and process what actually needs to be done.
My family motivate me to push through every day. Even if I'm away from school, my manager helps to motivate me to become a better person overall. Certain tasks that I feel I can not achieve at work, she pushes me to complete.
