Promotion & Tenure
Many new full-time faculty have a lot of questions about how and when they are eligible for promotion and, where applicable, tenure. UCM and the College of Education have policies and guidelines to help answer these questions. Most of these resources have been linked below.
The College of Education provides a Blackboard organization for all full-time faculty with these links and an FAQ.
You can access it by logging into Blackboard, selecting "Organizations" from the menu at the left, and clicking "College of Education Promotion & Tenure" from the list of organizations available.
