Hybrid Course Face-to-Face Meetings

Please be sure to send your office professional a list of your meeting dates, times, and locations as soon as you know what they will be. Don’t forget to also include this information on your syllabus. Meeting dates MUST fall within the course dates and cannot happen before courses begin or after course end. If you’re not sure what these dates are, please ask.

Important Note: ALL Hybrid courses start on a Monday, even if the actual in-person meeting date is different.

Department / Program Meetings

Adjunct faculty are not required to attend most College or Department meetings. They are, however, always welcome to attend. If there is a meeting you are required to attend, you will be notified. Contact your program coordinator to see if there are any program area meetings you need to attend.
