COURSE DESCRIPTION
The course focuses on specialized legal concepts applicable to the Canadian Armed Forces and
military operations, including:
military culture, administrative law in the military context, military justice, military police, and cyber, space, domestic and international operations;
use of armed force in international relations and general concepts of international law and the United Nations system;
Family law, estates, veterans affairs and business law considerations in relation to the Canadian Armed Forces.
