Cultural Exchanges in Play: Culture Tango between Taiwan and Argentina
The core members of the governmental organizations, Neighborhood Toys Libraries Program (Programa Juegotecas Barriales) and Play Center (Centro Lúdico), from Buenos Aires, Argentina, were invited to Taiwan to share their public policy, service, and training experience.
We had visited the child-friendly and inclusive units in cultural, social, educational or economic department of New Taipei, Taipei, Taoyuan, Taichung, Kaohsiung, Taitung and Hualien, to interact with the frontliners, to exchange the play certification in Taiwan, and to "play" together to create a friendly integration!

As a toy library project organization directly under the municipal government of Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina, it was established according to a special law in 2000.
