Cultural Exchanges in Play: Culture Tango between Taiwan and Argentina

  The core members of the governmental organizations, Neighborhood Toys Libraries Program (Programa Juegotecas Barriales) and Play Center (Centro Lúdico), from Buenos Aires, Argentina, were invited to Taiwan to share their public policy, service, and training experience.
