PUGSアカウントの新規作成
<Create a PUGS account>
ここでは新規でPUGSアカウントを作成する方法について解説します。
下記の対象者のみアカウント作成を行ってください。それ以外の学生（交換留学生、在学生、オンライン利用入試合格者）は大学からアカウント情報について通知しますので、新規作成する必要ありません。
Only the following eligible persons need to create an account. Other students (exchange students, current students or online entrance examination passers) will be notified by the university about their account information and do not need to create a new one.
在留カードの期限が入学時期の2ヶ月後に切れる（春入学：6月まで、秋入学：11月まで）入学予定の私費留学生の方
International students whose residence card expires two months after the time of admission (Spring admission: by June, Fall admission: by November).
日本国外にいる入学予定の私費留学生の方
International students who are currently outside Japan and plan to enroll in Toyo University.
1. 下記のURLからPUGSの仮登録画面にアクセスします。
Access the PUGS temporary registration page from the URL below.
2. 仮登録用のメールアドレスを入力し、「送信」ボタンをクリックします。
Enter your e-mail address for temporary registration and click the "Send" button.
3. 仮登録完了の画面が表示されましたら、登録したメールアドレスにお知らせメールが届きます。メールの【認証URL】をクリックしてアカウントの初期登録を行います。
You will receive a notification e-mail from PUGS to your registered e-mail address. Click on the [URL for authentication] in the email to perform the initial registration of your PUGS account.
※メールが届いていない場合は迷惑メールボックスをご確認してください。
*Please check your junk mail box if you have not received the email.
4. 「認証URL」をクリックした後に表示した画面でアカウントの初期登録を行います。
Complete the Initial Registration of your PUGS account on the screen that appears after clicking the [URL for authentication]
5. ※マークのついている項目をすべて入力し、「登録」ボタンをクリックして初期登録を完了します。
Fill in all the categories with ※ mark then click the [Registration] button to finish the Initial Registration.
「現在日本の長期ビザがありますか？」項目について
About item [Do you currently have a long-term visa in Japan?]
現在有効な在留カードを持っている場合は「はい」を選択してください。
Please select [Yes] if you have a valid residence card.
※「短期滞在」、「特定活動（帰国準備/帰国困難）」等の在留資格で日本に滞在中の学生はCOE（在留資格認定証明書）を申請する必要がありますので、必ず「いいえ」を選択してください。
*If you are staying in Japan with a "Temporary Visitor" visa, or "Designated Activities (difficult to return home country/preparation for departure)", please select [No]. You'll need to apply for a COE (Certificate of Eligibility) for a student visa.
6. 中長期ビザを持っている方は初期登録後に確認事項を登録してアカウント登録を完了してください。
If you have a medium- to long-term visa, please register the confirmation items after the initial registration and complete the account registration.
「提出資料」項目について
About the "Document" section
下記の資料を必ずアップロードしてください。
The photo of the document below is required.
1. 在留カードの写真（両面）
Photo of your residence card (both sides)
2. パスポートの写真（自分の写真のあるページと最近入国されたとき押されたハンコのあるページ）
Photo of your passport (the page with your photo and the page with the most recently entry stamp)
3.所属教育機関証明書（東洋大学に入学する前に在籍している学校の出席・成績・卒業（見込）証明書）
Certificate of affiliated educational institution (certificate of attendance, grades, and (expected) graduation from the school attended before entering Toyo University)
4. 入学許可書の写真
Photo of your admission letter
※「合格通知書」ではなく「入学許可書」です。
*Please upload the "Admission Letter", not the "Acceptance Letter".
アカウント登録が完了しましたら、下記のメールが届きます。
You will receive a confirmation email after finishing the account registration.
入学前に在留資格「留学」の取得、更新、又は別の在留資格から「留学」への変更が必要な方は、手続きに必要な情報を登録する必要があります。メール本文のログインURLよりPUGSにログインして、情報登録を行ってください。
Those who need to obtain or renew, or change from another status to "Student" before enrollment are required to register the necessary information for the procedure. Please log in to PUGS from the login URL in the confirmation email and register your information.
