問合せ機能

ここではPUGSのトップ画面にある問合せ機能について解説します。

This section explains the Inquiry function on PUGS top page.

担当者に個別で質問などある場合、問合せ機能を使ってメッセージや資料を送信することができます。

If you have individual questions, you can use the inquiry function to send messages and materials.

新しい問合せを作成

① 「新規」ボタンをクリックし、問合せ区分及びタイトルを入力します。

Click "New" button, select "Inquiry Division" and enter Title.

※「問合せ区分A」と「タイトル」は必須項目です。

"Inquiry Division A" and "Title" are required fields.

② メッセージボックスにお問合せの内容を記入し、「メッセージ送信」ボタンをクリックしてメッセージを送信します。

Fill in the message box with your inquiry and click the "Send Message" button to send your message.

連絡が来た場合

担当者から連絡が来た場合、PUGSから通知のメールが届きます。PUGSのトップ画面でも未読メッセージの通知が表示されます。

If the relevant personnel contacts you through "Inquiry", you will receive a notification email from PUGS. Notifications of unread messages are also displayed on the top screen of PUGS.
