申請機能

ここではPUGSのトップ画面にある申請機能について解説します。

This section explains the Request function on PUGS top page.

個別で下記の申請をリクエストすることができます。

You can request the following applications individually.

※更新対象者の方は申請しても担当者からの連絡はありません。

*Note: For those who are required to update their residency status, there will be no contact from the assigned personnel even if you submit a request.

資格外活動許可申請

Permission to engage in activities other than permitted under the status of residence (permission for part-time job / internship)

特定活動（就職活動）の変更・更新

Change / Extension of status to Designated activities (Job Search)

特定活動（起業活動）の変更・更新

Change / Extension of status to Designated activities (Entrepreneurial)

留学への変更

Change of status to Student

操作方法 (How to apply)

① PUGSのトップ画面で「申請」ボタンをクリック

Click the "Request" button on the PUGS top page.

② 選択リストから「申請リクエスト」を選択

Select "Application Request" from the dropdown menu.

③ 「申請リクエスト」ボタンをクリック

Click the "Application Request" button.

④ 希望の申請を選択し、「申請」ボタンをクリック

Select the desired application and click the "Apply" button.

※申請リクエストが担当者に送信され、1週間以内に担当から連絡が来ます。

*The application request will be sent to the assigned personnel, and you will receive a response from them within one week.
