現在の状況を確認することができます。

You can check the current status.

現在地（Current location）：登録されている現在地が表示されます。現在いる場所は表示している場所と異なる場合は、再度登録することができます。詳細はこちらからご確認ください。

The registered current location is displayed. If the location you are currently in is different from the one shown, you can register again. (Click here for more information.)

申請状況（Application Status）：

今（直近の申請）の申請状況を確認することができます。

You can check the status of your current (latest) application.

• 【作成中 / Creating】

申請書が作成されていることを意味します。

Indicates that the application is being created.

• 【受取中 / Received】

すでに申請書を受け取っていることを意味します。

Indicates that the application has been received.

※在留期間更新・変更申請用紙を大学から受け取った人のみ表示

*Only displayed for those who have received the renewal or change of residence application form from the university.

• 【入管申請中 / Immigration application in progress】

在留資格認定証明書、在留期間更新・変更申請が入国管理局に申請されたことを意味します。

Indicates that your application has been submitted to the Immigration Bureau.

• 【入管許可 / Immigration permission】

申請が許可されたことを意味します。

Indicates that the application has been approved by the Immigration Bureau.

• 【入管不許可 / Immigration not permitted】

申請が不許可されたことを意味します。

Indicates that the application has been rejected by the Immigration Bureau.

• 【取下げ / Application withdrawn】

申請を取りやめたことを意味します。

Indicates that the application has been withdrawn.

• 【申請中止 / Application Cancelled】

申請を中止したことを意味します。

Indicates that the application has been abandoned.

在留期限（Period of Stay）：大学が把握している現在の在留カード期限が表示されます。（カードをスキャンしていない場合は、最新の情報は反映されません。）

Displays the current residence card expiry date known to the university. (If you haven't scanned your current card, the latest information won't be reflected.)

東洋大学在留資格サポートオフィスからのお知らせを確認することができます。

You can check the announcements from Toyo University Support Office for COE and Status of Residence.

申請手続きの対象者に表示。

必ず期限内に「申請者情報」を登録・修正してください。

Indicated for those who are subject to the application procedure. Please be sure to register or modify the  information at "Applicant data" by the deadline.

※対象者であっても表示されなかった場合、登録している在留カードの情報古い可能性があります。在留カードをスキャンしているかどうかご確認ください。

*If you are eligible but did not appear, the information on your registered residence card may be outdated. Please check if you have scanned your residence card.

在留カードをお持ちの正規学生が対象です。

This is for full-time students who have a residence card.

在留カードの更新時期になりましたら表示されます。

It will be displayed when it is time to renew your residence card.

※対象者であっても表示されなかった場合、登録している在留カードの情報古い可能性があります。在留カード情報が最新かどうかご確認ください。最新でない場合は、⑬「在留カード」よりご登録ください。

*If you are eligible but did not appear, the information on your registered residence card may be outdated. Please check if your residence card information is up to date. If it is not up to date, please register from ⑬ "Residence Card".

在留資格認定証明書（COE）申請者に表示。

ビザを取得しましたら必ずチェックボックスをチェックして、「VISA取得しました」ボタンを押してください。

Indicated for applicants for Certificate of Eligibility (COE). Please be sure to check the box and press the "VISA acquired" button after you have obtained the visa.

これまでに作成した申請書の処理状況を確認することができます。処理状況ステータスは④の「申請状況」と同様。

You can check the processing status of the applications created so far. The processing status status is the same as "Application Status" in ④.

自分の現在のステータスを確認できます。

You can check your current status.

• 【初期登録 / Initial registration】

アカウント登録は完了しましたが、「申請者情報」に申請に必要な情報はまだ登録していない状態

Account registration completed, but required application information in [Applicant data] has not been registered yet.

• 【登録完了 / Completion of registration】

「申請者情報」に申請に必要な情報を登録した状態

Registration of required application information in [Applicant data] completed.

• 【不備連絡 / Incomplete communication】

「申請者情報」に登録した情報が間違っている又は不足している状態

The registered information in the "Applicant data" is incorrect or incomplete.

• 【確認済 / verified】

担当者が「申請者情報」の登録情報を確認し、入国管理局に申請できる状態。

The registration information in the "Applicant data" has been reviewed and is ready for application to the Immigration Bureau.

• 【COE送付済 / COE send】

在留資格認定証明書（COE）を郵送した状態

Certificate of Eligibility (COE) sent by mail.

• 【VISA取得済 / VISA acquired】

VISAを取得した状態

VISA obtained.

• 【在学中 / Students】

大学に在学している状態

Currently enrolled as a student.

• 【一時利用 / Temporary】

卒業後一時利用している状態

Temporarily using (for those who are utilizing a temporary period after graduation).
