ここではPUGSのトップ画面にあるダウンロード機能について解説します。
This section explains the Download function on PUGS top page.
対象者：在留期間更新・変更オンライン申請手続きを行った方
Target: Those who have completed the online application process for residency status renewal or change.
自分で入国管理局にて申請手続きを行った場合、申請後在留カードの裏面に「申請中」というスタンプが押されます。オンライン申請の場合、スタンプの代わりに申請手続きを行ったことを証明する書類をPUGSからダウンロードすることが可能です。
If you have personally gone through the application process at the Immigration Bureau, a stamp indicating "Application in Process" will be placed on the back of your residence card after the application. For online applications, instead of a stamp, you can download a document from PUGS that serves as a proof or your application process.
