corbin wiggins

Full Name: Corbin James Wiggins

Nickname: Wiggy

Parents: Michele & Craig

Siblings: Connor (23), Cole (21), Cael (13)

Parent/Sibling Trait that you Admire: My mom has always given all us kids whatever we want and she works constantly to make sure we are living the happiest we can.

When I was young, I envisioned myself to be: A pro athlete. Specifically soccer because I used to be a little baller and would nut-meg everyone out on the pitch. They used to call me Messi on occasions.

Future Plans: Attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln to study broadcasting and sports media or do something with technology.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years: In the next 10 years I see myself starting a family, hopefully working with sports, and living a very happy life.

What is your most memorable moment from school years at Treynor: Ohhh goodness, so many and so hard to choose just one. The stuff I will probably remember most is going to all the state sporting events with friends and also just hanging out with friends outside of school and creating fun, stupid memories.

What extra-curricular activities were you involved in at Treynor? Being rowdy in all the student sections and heckling the refs and also making opposing parents/fans upset at us while also using a great amount of sportsmanship.

If you have a day without commitments, what would you most likely be doing? Hanging out with friends and doing dumb stuff.

What are some of your favorites (e.g. books, movies, foods)? TV Show: Breaking Bad & Ozark; Movie: Step Brothers; Food: Sushi.

What will you miss most about THS? I will miss the school and community as a whole because it is quite amazing how the community can come together for so many things whether that be sports or something else there is always a great amount of people involved. I will also miss coming to school everyday and seeing all my friends and seeing some of the staff; it was almost a positive environment everyday. I will truly miss being in the student sections and watching all the sporting events as well. THS Volleyball !

What advice would you give underclassmen? Don't worry about the crap that people give you. Have a good time and enjoy life. Life is too short to get bogged down and get discouraged. Put one foot in front of the other and smile and keep going.
