The 2024 Band information Night has concluded for the year.

All Year 2 families - parents and children - are invited to our Band Information Night!

If your child is interested in joining the TPS Band in Year 3, please come along!

Learn about the Band Program from band parents, student band members and Mr Rowland
Hear the instruments demonstrated by our talented Year 3 to 6 musicians
Hold the instruments and 'try them on for size'
Ask Band Committee members any questions you may have

Important Notes

There is no audition process. All Year 3 children can join the band
You do not need to play an instrument. The Year 3 Junior Band is designed to teach you music and your instrument - you will learn while having fun in the band!

Before the Meeting:

Look through this website to get an idea of the Band Program.

It is important that interested families attend the Band Information Night. If you are unable to attend, please contact Mr Rowland to express your interest in the Band Program so you can still be included in the process.

At the Meeting:

On arrival to the school Hall, scan a QR code for the attendance list.

Note: The information you write in this form is what Mr Rowland will use to contact you about joining the band and your child's allocated instrument. Please make sure it is your best contact details and correct.

After the Meeting:

Return to this website and the Instruments page to complete your instrument preference form.

This form will be opened after the meeting and will close on Friday 22 November.

Mr Rowland will email you after this date with your child's allocated instrument and further information.
