¡En Seal Primary Academy estamos aprendiendo español!

At Seal Primary Academy, we teach a high quality Spanish Language education to our KS2 pupils through an online programme called Language Angels. 

We support all of our children to develop a love of languages, while also fostering pupils’ curiosity to deepen their understanding of the world. This scheme of work has been developed to meet the requirements of the National Curriculum. The teaching enables pupils to express their ideas and thoughts in Spanish and to understand and respond to its speakers, both in speech and in writing. It also provides opportunities for them to communicate for practical purposes, learn new ways of thinking and read great literature in the original language. 

Language Angels automatically links teaching to the 12 attainment targets set out in the DfE Languages Programme of Study for KS2 as well as giving a comprehensive history of pupil learning and progression in the main language learning skills – speaking, listening, reading and writing.
