Our Governors

Seal Primary Academy is an academy as part of The Kemnal Academies Trust (TKAT). 

TKAT is a multi-academy trust which was established on 1st September 2010.  Its constitution is set out in the Articles of Association and this is shared with individual academies via the Scheme of Delegation.  TKAT have, through the Scheme of Delegation, established Local Governing Bodies for each of the Academies.

Who we are - Current Governor Membership

Seal Primary Academy LGB was re-constituted on 16 October 2018. Members on this date had their term of office re-started. Appointment dates shown prior to 16 October 2018 for some governors were for a predecessor governing body, either Seal LGB or TKAT South LGB.

Structure

There are six meetings of the full Local Governing Body each academic year. 

Pay Committee

The Pay committee will meet at least once each academic year to receive and approve the Headteacher’s recommendations for teachers pay.
