We have been running the Watersports Trip to Spain for over 20 years.
The trip runs biannually and usually involves students from Year 8 & 10.
Our trip provider is Acorn Adventure and the resort we visit is Cala Llevado on the coast of Costa Brava. We travel to Spain usually by coach however in 2021 we will be travelling by plane for the first time.
During our stay at the resort we participate in a variety of watersports including sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling. We also give students the opportunity to have two excursion days whilst in Spain. One of the excursions is to Water World in Lloret de Mar, which is the largest water park in Europe. On the second excursion, students are taken to the historic streets of Las Ramblas in Barcelona and also experience the Nou Camp, home of FC Barcelona.
The cost of the trip usually ranges between £800-£1000 for 7 in days.
