New Change to Device Repair Requests!

Starting Monday, October 5, 2020, all Device Repair Requests must be submitted on the Device Request and Repair Form,

https://bit.ly/StudentDevice20-21, AND be documented in TipWeb. To correctly document the changes in TipWeb. Make sure the device is collected out of the student name and the status in TipWeb is changed to "In Repair". If you do not change the status to "In Repair" in TipWeb, the device will not be picked up and swapped for a working device.
