Adapted Physical Education provides comprehensive motor and recreation activities that are appropriately suited to the abilities of the students, while providing a sense of challenge and achievement.
Students at Jo Kelly School will be able to experience physical activities safely and explore a wide range of stimulating equipment, to the full extent of his/her capacity and with as much help as is necessary. Each activity will be adapted appropriately to suit students’ abilities, while providing a sense of challenge, achievement, enjoyment, and community.

Kalee grew up in Fort Worth, Texas. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Midwestern State University. She is working on her Masters of Kinesiology in Adapted Physical Education from Texas Women’s University.
She began her career with Fort Worth ISD in 2017 as a Program Assistant. From 2018-2022 she was a Self-Contained Elementary Teacher in Fort Worth ISD.
The 2022-2023 school year is her first year as an Adapted PE Teacher and she is so excited to be here at Jo Kelly School! She currently resides in Brock, Texas with her husband Hunter and our many animals!
