Ever since it began in 2006, the Martingrove CI Leadership Program has been dedicated to helping the students at Martingrove reach their full potential. 

It is a training program that runs all year long to prepare students leaders in Grades 11 and 12 to host the entire Grade 10 Class at Leadership @Camp Manitou for a week every Fall. 

The Leadership Program aims to help build the MCI community through a wide range of inclusive programming for all students. It's where memories and everlasting friendships are created, and has consistently been the highlight of many students’ high school careers. The Motto of the program is “Risk, Learn, Grow.”

The Leadership program allows students to take risks, learn, and grow as individuals through fun games and activities throughout the year, and up at camp. We hold a camp reunion breakfast, training sessions and group events at the school as we lead up to camp.
