How much do these catalog performers cost?
Each performer in the catalog agreed on a set price when they were added to the catalog. Please verify this price when you make contact with your performer.

Contact the performer you are interested in and choose a mutually-agreeable date and time. Tell the performer that the booking is contingent on grant approval. Verify the price. Dates can be changed after approval if needed.
Complete the application and submit it to the TdS Legacy Coordinator.
When you are notified if you are funded or not, inform your performer and re-confirm the booking.
Complete the program, and submit the final report to be reimbursed. Make sure your advertising includes logos, and that receipts are clear.
Can I modify the application after approval?
Maybe. Things happen. Check with TdS first.
How are these events chosen?
Programs need to meet quality and value guidelines, and be suitable for and available to most libraries in the region. We strive to provide a wide variety of kinds of programming. Contact TdS with your ideas and suggestions.
