Program Description
Option One: Author/Illustrator Stephen Shaskan reads three of his books, plays guitar and sing songs, and draws on the whiteboard in this half-hour, interactive storytime.
Option Two: Stephen is open to doing themed musical storytimes to fit your needs. Examples of themes: animals, music, vehicles, rhyming, adventure, trains, and fractured fairy tales. The themed storytime would include a book by Stephen and two from other authors, songs, and drawing.
Duration: 30 minutes
Target Audience: Ages 2-6
Performer Needs: If the library has a whiteboard or easel, that works, but Stephen has something that will work if the library doesn’t have those supplies.
Set-up and Take-down Time: 20 minutes/60 minutes
