Everyone loves taking tests, right? ....right?
Well, for a lot of us, taking a test can be a really anxiety provoking experience. Fortunately, there are some tips that can make taking tests a whole lot easier.
I can't stress this enough. If you don't get enough sleep the night before your test, you're going to have a really difficult time.
I know, nobody likes it when they're stressed and someone says, "JUST BREATHE".
But there's been a lot of scientific research that suggests breathing has real, physical effects on our bodies and brains. The important part is that to calm your body and brain down, you have to breathe from your belly, not your chest. Remember the focused mode and diffuse mode? You can use both of those on a test to help you solve problems.
