In sentence expansion, we're taking short, boring sentences and adding more information to make them more interesting.
Short, boring sentence: I walked my dog.
It's OK. There's nothing wrong with it. But if we want to start working on making more interesting, complex sentences, we can add more information.
So, what other information do I have? We can take notes about when, who, what where, and why something happened. Then, we can add that to our sentence. It looks like this:
