Please excuse this basic edition of the Technology Newsletter. This picture clearly indicates how I feel on a Tuesday after a long weekend! I seem to think you can probably relate. I hope you are all having a great week so far. I am super excited to share the Poly Studio webcam. Please see my very "impromptu unedited" message below. I am modeling vulnerability because I literally could have spent hours making a video, trying to get it perfect. And it would have taken me hours. However, I have been advising everyone who makes video for classroom use to "just be natural and not to sweat the small stuff." Sheesh! It is a lot more difficult than it sounds.

In preparation for hybrid instruction, classrooms that have students or will have students present for hybrid instruction will get a Poly Studio dropped off. These devices will be checked out to the classroom teacher. The technology team will leave the box in your room for safe keeping so that you can package the device up if you needed to quickly transition to remote instruction or change locations in your building. Please see the video below for initial details. Next Wednesday there will be a Google Meet session for questions, concerns, and basic troubleshooting. If you have any questions please let me know. These devices will be arriving to classrooms this week.
