Keyboarding
Program Overview: All students in grades K-12 can practice and improve basic keyboarding skills.
Intended Users: According to the Digital Literacy Standards of Louisiana, students should be introduced to keyboarding in 1st grade, skills should be reinforced in grades 2-5, with mastery being obtained by the end of 6th grade.

According to their standards, keyboarding is a skill that should be introduced as early as 1st grade. As students use their devices to create work, it is important to reinforce good keyboarding techniques, so that bad habits are not created.
