Walt Whitman PTA

The mission of the Walt Whitman PTA is to enrich the lives of our children through our more than 50 programs; including Arts in Education, Book Fair, Earth Day, Fall Festival, Field Day, Fitness & Nutrition, School Store, International Day, and many more.  

To volunteer at any PTA event you must be a paid member of the WW PTA. Please visit our website to sign up for our newsletter, email blasts and Remind texts!  There is a link there to sign up for the school year!

The password for our PTA website is KidsRock. The password is needed to access forms and contact information for our PTA Board and Committee Chairs. 

We run a mostly paperless PTA, so please sig-up to receive emails.

Directory Spot

The PTA uses an online school directory known as the Directory Spot to share contacts of the membership. All contact information should remain confidential and should NOT be shared with anyone outside the membership. Please help protect the privacy of all our members.

PTA School Store

PTA School Store will take place during lunch. This is another fundraising program run by parents. Children can buy school supply items as well as excuse pads, WW car magnets, Walt Whitman water bottles and Walt Whitman lunch bags, etc. Kindergarten parents can begin signing up to volunteer in the school store as early as the first week in October.
