Swivls

The SUHSD Teacher Induction Program has purchased SEVEN Swivl Robots for teacher checkout.  Swivl Robots work in conjunction with the Teams Swivl App, an iPad or iPhone and a "marker" (seen in the picture to the left).   

How it works: 

1. The teacher opens the Swivl Teams App on the iOS device in preparation for recording.

2. The teacher sets up the Swivl Robot on a desk or on a tripod and inserts the iOS device.  

3. The teacher holds or wears the marker on a lanyard.  

4. The teacher pushes the center button on the marker to begin recording.

5. The Swivl Robot tracks the marker, picking up video and audio.

6. The teacher pushes the center button on the marker to end the recording.
