Mentors document mileage for visiting candidates using the Mileage Chart and Mileage Expense Claim.  Mentors submit completed monthly Mileage Expense Claims at the link on the Mentor Submissions page. We suggest that you also keep a copy of each month's mileage in your own Google Folder for your records. Please be aware that mileage forms are due at the end of each month. Late mileage expense claims cannot be processed. This also aligns with our 30-day travel deadline which is referenced in Regulation 3350.1.
