25-26 Induction Enrollment: Monday, July 28th - Friday, September 5th. NOTE: Some documents on this site are under construction.
Candidates will schedule and attend a Semester 1 and Semester 2 Triad meeting with their mentor and site administrator. During the Triad meeting, the participants will review the Triad Team Roles and Responsibilities.Â
After reviewing the "Triad Team Roles and Responsibilities," the Induction Candidate, Induction Mentor, and Site Administrator will follow the agenda outlined on the Semester 1 Triad Meeting Agenda and the Semester 2 Triad Meeting Agenda. Mentors will document the discussion, and then submit the agendas with their notes on the Mentor Submissions page. The candidate will also add the information to their ILP in the corresponding section.
