Mentor Support

Mentor and Candidate pairs are required to meet for individualized support at least one hour per week for a total of 26-30 hours per year. Mentors complete, sign, and submit the Mentorship Accountability Log quarterly for each candidate. The log will indicate the number of hours met and should be updated weekly for the current month. The Induction Program Team updates candidate transcripts based on the hours submitted quarterly.
