Alignment Guide

All overall teacher judgments are based on more than one piece of evidence - hence the guide only has data from formal assessments alone. Other sources of evidence include:

  • teacher observation
  • student book work
  • Other student examples from across the curriculum

For our collaborative inquiry we use the END of year EXPECTATIONS and the criteria for:

  • Above (achieving at one+ full year level above)
  • Below (achieving at one year level below - or towards - the expectation)
  • Well Below (achieving at more than on year level below expectation).
