Duck Stamp 

I opted to design this Duck swimming because it had really fascinating colors and I felt the angles in the photo I saw were attractive. There were several areas that might not have been visible if I had taken the photo from a different perspective.

I had planned to use colored pencils for the backdrop as well, but discovered that water color would be easier to work with. I drew the duck with black colored pencils and charcoal, making an effort to make the coloring be precise and the lines move in the proper direction.
