Here you can see me at my position on the line, right guard. I am the third closest person to the camera on the line of scrimmage, located just between the center who is snapping the ball to the quarterback and the tackle who will help to protect the quarterback with me. Shown here is a run play going to the opposite side of me. I have to block #76 to make sure he doesn't get into the backfield and sack our quarterback or tackle our running back for a loss of yards on the play. The entire line does a good job here which lets our running back achieve a first down which is a crucial step to getting a touchdown and scoring. Linemen have less glorious positions on the field and are mostly blocking for people who are scoring the points and not actually scoring them themselves. We all completed our blocking assignments which allowed us to gain positive yardage and a great first down. I am #70 here.

At first the Tam wrestler gets the upper-hand after a mistake I made but I don't give up and let him get the pin which allows me to escape from bottom and shoot a double leg takedown which in turn allows me to finally pin him; all in the 1st round of the match. After winning in this match I go on and win my other two matches putting me in 1st place in the weight class at the meet. I learned a lot from this match and I gained a lot of confidence in my shooting abilities and was a good challenge to test my abilities during the beginning of the season.

Moves by me done in this short clip are a head and arm (was botched), a half-nelson counter, two standups (one of which succeeded), a double leg shot, and finally a half-nelson to finish off the match in a victory for San Marin.
